The Endocrine Substance Analysis Center (ESAC) consists of three distinct teams, each with its own specialized focus:
The E-Research Project Team is responsible for planning Laboratory Developed Tests (LDT) and conducting various national projects related to the endocrine system.
The E-Metabolic Disorder Team specializes in measuring the concentration of various hormones, metabolites, vitamins and drugs related to the endocrine system. They focus on the diagnosis and understanding of metabolic disorders.
The E-Hazardous Metabolite team focuses on the analysis of various endocrine disrupting chemicals, including organic acid metabolites and heavy metals, that are known to affect the endocrine system. Their research helps to identify and assess the potential risks posed by these substances.
