GC Labs, GC Genome runs Advanced Lab service seminar in Myanmar

GC Labs, the leading clinical laboratory, and GC Genome, a genome analysis specialist in South Korea has launched a joint seminar for two days from Oct 12th in Myanmar with Leo Healthcare International Co., Ltd, which provides services in hospital, diagnostics, and transportation regarding medical treatment.
This seminar was organized by Leo Healthcare International Co., Ltd which operates an Advance Lab in all across Myanmar, and with GC Labs, MOU agreement has been made regarding collaboration in diagnostic field on Oct 2nd.
Seminar was held under the topics of 1) Personalized Genomic Test, and 2) Health & Safety Every Day. With introduction to Newborn Screening Test and Heavy metal test provided in GC Labs, and G-NIPT and Cancer screen provided in GC Genome, open Q&A session was also followed.
With deep interest, the seminar was hosted under participation of approximately 60 officials from gynecology, pediatric from large unit hospitals, doctors from medical examination center, and officials from government agency.
LEO group is expecting to provide Advanced Lab Testing Service and genomic testing, which are provided by GC Labs and GC Genome, in Myanmar and expedite local marketing. Not only provision of GC Labs and GC Genome services, LEO revealed their ambition for academic exchange with South Korea to advance medical service and diagnostic method in Myanmar.
“Through this seminar, we expect that GC Labs and GC Genome had a meaningful time sharing its knowledge and experienced of diagnostic services.
